Calmer. Clearer. In Control.
The course for men navigating divorce and separation.
25 lessons. Almost 3 hours of video. 2 workbooks. An online community.
Built by someone who's been through it.
On the outside, you may be keeping everything together.
Work. The children. The bills. Daily life.
Divorce means juggling a major life event, a legal process, and a job you still need to show up for, all at once.
It's the perfect storm: stress levels through the roof, and good, long-term decisions getting harder to make just when you need them most.
Jonny, W Sussex
"It's something I wish I'd had earlier. Having the structure, direction and a strategy is incredibly useful and it all makes so much sense."
Alex M, E Sussex
“It’s a tremendous piece of work – really well structured and nicely broken down into manageable, bite-sized pieces to ensure it doesn’t become too overwhelming. I feel in a relatively good place for the first time in 5 months.”
Meet Andrew Heath
Andrew Heath built Divorce Strength after going through a long, difficult divorce of his own.
He didn't have a plan at the time. He was scared of being left with nothing, no home, no kids, and just trying to get through each day. Only with hindsight could he see what was actually happening, and start piecing together the map that got him through: learning to regulate his nervous system instead of letting it run him.
Today, that framework is the backbone of Divorce Strength, helping men understand what is happening emotionally, stay focused on what matters most, and make better decisions for their future.
When you're calmer and thinking more clearly, you're better able to:
- Stay focused on long-term outcomes, not just what's urgent today
- Consider your options clearly, instead of reacting in the moment
- Communicate more effectively, even when it's hard
- Reduce unnecessary conflict
- Protect your relationship with your children
- Work more constructively with your lawyer
1. Calmer
Practical tools to reduce stress and regain control of your thinking. When emotions are running high, it is difficult to make sound decisions. Learn techniques that help regulate your nervous system and reduce overwhelm.
2. Clearer
Understand what is happening and why. Gain insight into the emotional and psychological impact of divorce so you can stop reacting and start responding with confidence and clarity.

3. In Control
Make decisions that protect your future. Focus on achieving a fair outcome for yourself and your children while avoiding unnecessary conflict wherever possible.
You're not going through this alone anymore!
Included with the course: full access to the online Foundation Circle community, for as long as you need it. No extra cost, no time limit, no strings.
Other men who already know exactly what you're carrying. A New Learner Welcome call every two weeks, so you're never waiting long to be seen and heard. A monthly Circle call, going deeper with the wider group.
The course gives you the map. The Circle means you're not walking it by yourself.
This isn't about winning. It's about coming through it intact.
Imagine getting to the other side of this with a real, ongoing relationship with your kids. Not just weekend visits.
A clear head when it matters most, in legal meetings, financial decisions, difficult conversations.
A sense of who you are that's stronger than it was before this started.
That's what a framework does. It doesn't make divorce easy. Nothing does. But it means you don't have to work it all out alone, under pressure, without a map.
The decisions made in the first weeks have consequences that last years. That is why starting matters.
